  1. How will the new deal affect gForce customers?

    Our operations here at gForce will continue as usual — there will be no changes in our headquarters, management or staff. We will continue to provide the same excellent services that you have come to expect and value. For those of you using our products (as opposed to our services), the "gForce" brand will be maintained as part of their naming convention.

  2. What new services can gForce customers expect from MPRI?

    By integrating gForce into its family, MPRI broadens its market to include the automotive manufacturing and airline industries. In return, gForce is able to take advantage of an infrastructure that is worldwide and offer more solutions to meet our customers' needs.

  3. As a gForce customer, who should I call for customer service?

    You will continue to call us at (734) 995-5250.

  4. What will change?

    Our company name, e-mail address and URL will change. Effective immediately, the following changes apply to our contact information:

    • New name: MPRI
    • New e-mail address: first name.last name@L-3Com.com
    • New URL: www.mpri.com/gforce

    In the near future, our current URL — gForcetech.com — will redirect you to our new website.
